I am a HERS Rater, certified for residential, non-residential and new construction. My services are available all over the Bay Area. I also specialize in pulling HVAC permits and providing CF1R / Title 24 documents required for the permit applications and final building inspections. I offer the following tests:
HERS test, Duct leakage test, airflow measurements, watt draw test, fan efficacy, QII, AIQ, refrigerant charge verification, and other Title 24 documents. I work by appointment, but I do understand that sometimes there is an urgent need for a same-day appointment to accommodate a next-day final building inspection. Please don’t hesitate to contact me and use me as a resource.
Do you need HERS Testing for your home? We provide a detailed report of your home’s energy usage. Our Home Energy Audit will provide you with insights on how to decrease your energy usage. We are always ready to help homeowners with HERS Testing with custom solutions to your home energy needs.
With a basic inspection you can identify where the issue is, maybe your ducts are failing, maybe your house is not air sealed properly. Before changing components of the HVAC system or inviting a salesperson to your home to tell you what’s wrong, hire your own inspector. It’s not going to be free but it is going to be well worth it.
